- the set you bought in my store has only a classic base, not a builder gel

This is a made-to-order product, I don't have a stock of products, I make them especially for you. For this reason, returns, exchanges are not accepted, and in the event that you do not pick up the parcel and the parcel has been sent to the address indicated by you, you have to pay a fee for resending the parcel when it returns to me. The cost is 5 euros. I do not refund money for sent and uncollected products made to order!
I send parcels via the Polish Post by priority registered letter. It is possible that in your country the postman will require a signature on delivery.
